Just who Dave Gipson is can be hard to nail down.  He is essentially a "creative", whose abilities are evident in everything from composing worship music to writing full-scale Christian theatrical productions.  He not only enjoys the creative process, but also feels equally at home on a stage or a church platform.  But if you talk to him, his heart motive is clear - to encourage people to grow in their passion for God, and to draw new believers into God's Kingdom.

Dave serves as worship pastor at New Hope, a non-denominational & diverse church in beautiful Naples, FL.  His priority there is helping people maximize their creative gifts in serving God, and leading the congregation into God's presence through worship.  He also creates unique evangelistic events, using theater to draw the lost to Christ.  He has also ministered in prisons & homeless shelters.

As a musician, Dave won a BMI award for composing the original theme music of the popular TLC TV series "TRADING SPACES".  His worship has been featured weekly nationwide on the SkyAngel TV Network, as well as several concert events.  He has a Masters degree in Christian Studies from Luther Rice Seminary, Lithonia, GA. 

Dave has been married to his lovely wife, Dawn, since 1988.  They have three terrific children: Emily, Micah, & Sarah.
